Q: What is the Best PDF Reader? Bookmark and Share

A:  Obviously the original Adobe Reader is going to be the "best" in some respects - it is the original after all. However, my favorite PDF reader is FoxIt Reader.  The download is a fraction of Adobe Readers >20MB size, and when you launch a PDF, FoxIt reader loads INSTANTLY without any splash screen or other annoying delays.  It is 100% compatible, works great, and is really fast - highly recommended.
